Underwater Photo/Video Programs Fascinating photography courses offered by the world's foremost photographers, including Jim Church and Stan
Waterman, who share secrets for successful underwater photography. Technical Diving Courses
The Palau Aggressor H features nitrox and rebreathers, nitrox and rebreather instruction
and partial pressure blending technicians for guests' enjoyment and convenience. To become nitrox or rebreather certified, explore these options: Nitrox Certification
Includes TDI
certification, 2 nitrox dives with an instructor and class work to enable divers to work with nitrox charts, formulas and 02 partial pressures, gas management, and safe use of enriched air. NitroxlRebreather Certification
Includes certification in both nitrox and rebreather (Drager). Teaches basic nitrox, then advances into a 4dive rebreather class. Divers receive training in partial
pressure charts, maintenance and use of rebreathers, and knowledge necessary to safely dive with rebreathers. Rebreather Certification Must have current nitrox certification to
enroll. Class is a 4dive rebreather certification with the same training as nitrox and rebreather certification described above.
Rebreather Resort Course
Includes one dive on rebreather with an instructor. Cost of course is credited towards any nitrox/rebreather course taken on board. Basic underwater
certification required. Nitrox ReferrallCheckout Dives Includes two dives on nitrox with an instructor. Divers must have necessary prerequisite paper work prior to the
dives. Dive Launch
Aggressor Fleet, in its ongoing efforts to lead the way in the live aboard industry, and to address the complex requirements of diving in Palau, has implemented a
highspeed, outboard dive launch that is boarded from the dive deck and then hydraulically lowered to the water level for launching. The 32foot long fiberglass V hull skiff is fl filled, self bailing and powered by twin 200HP Yamaha
outboard engines. It can travel at speeds up to 40 knots fully laden. The launch has individual dive lockers, padded seats, tank rack, an aft padded camera space, low gunwales and a retractable ladder for easy entry and exit. The
launch is outfitted with VHF radio and carries drinking water and towels on board. The PAH's crew can navigate all waters in the area safely and comfortably.
Machinery Compartments The Palau Aggressor H is powered by twin CAT diesel engines. On board power is generated by twin 55 KW Northern Lights generators, supplying 120 volt, 60 cycle AC. High pressure dive air
is supplied by twin 12 CFM Poseidon compressors. Unlimited fresh water is made from two Village Marine reverse osmosis water makers with 2,400 gallon per day capability. All machinery is engineered for maximum efficiency and super
quiet performance. Safety Equipement The Palau Aggressor II is stocked with first aid and USCG approved fire suppression systems. In addition to the
30foot launch, the vessel has an elevenfoot inflatable support boat with outboard engine. Life rafts and life jackets for both children and adults are onboard. Additional safety features include a 401 EPRIB and an AT&T high
seas direct telephone. |
